Tummy Talks brings the experts to the comfort of your home! Tummy Talks, in partnership with Markham Pelvic Health, is offering free online education sessions centred around the physical well-being of the mother: preparing for delivery and accelerating postpartum healing.

Melissa is the founder and clinical director of Markham Pelvic Health. She is a licensed physiotherapist with over 13 years of experience in pelvic floor physiotherapy.

Markham Pelvic Health (MPH) has been helping women in the Greater Toronto Area prepare for pregnancy & postpartum recovery since 2017. Our mission is to remove the stigma, educate the public and provide leading treatment for pelvic floor dysfunction. As a clinic focused on Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, Markham Pelvic Health has been able to help thousands of moms with pain during pregnancy, prepare physically for labour, and recover from conditions resulting from delivery, like urinary leakage, pelvic pain and prolapse.
