This webinar education (and any included literature) is not intended to be used for diagnosis or treatment or as a substitute for consulting your doctor or other licensed health care professional. Please note the use of cameras, video equipment any other recordable devices are strictly prohibited. I/We hereby release, and give up any rights to sue for damages and/or other relief against the instructor(s), Tummy Talks, Cells for Life, Crowley Medical Center, and each of their owners, shareholders, directors, officers and employees from all liability relating to the education provided, my/our pregnancy, labour, delivery or in the case of my/our child. This release shall be binding upon me, my heirs, estate trustees and assigns.
