This webinar education (and any included literature) is not intended to be used for diagnosis or treatment or as a substitute for consulting your doctor or other licensed health care professional. I/We hereby release, and give up any rights to sue for damages and/or other relief against the instructor(s), Tummy Talks, Cells for Life, Crowley Medical Center, and each of their owners, shareholders, directors, officers and employees from all liability relating to the education provided, my/our pregnancy, labour, delivery or in the case of my/our child.
